Job Summary:
Vital Care is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sales Training Manager with a strong background in CRM systems—preferably Trella Health—to lead the development and execution of training programs for our salesforce across the national franchise network. This role is critical to empowering Account Executives and sales leaders with the tools, insights, and techniques needed to drive growth in home infusion therapy, with a focus on Immunoglobulin (IG), Specialty, and Chronic Care services.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales Training & Development
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing Account Executives and Sales Leaders.
- Develop content focused on home infusion sales strategies, territory development, payer navigation, physician engagement, and disease-specific education (IG, TPN, antibiotics, etc.).
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, including role plays, coaching, and performance assessments.
- Customize training to reflect local market dynamics and franchise-specific needs.
CRM Enablement (Trella Preferred)
- Act as the CRM champion across the sales organization, ensuring effective usage of Trella Health (or equivalent CRM).
- Train and support reps on referral source targeting, market opportunity analysis, and CRM-driven sales planning.
- Build job aids, dashboards, and usage guides that align CRM analytics with sales behaviors and KPIs.
- Work closely with IT/CRM vendor partners to ensure optimal system setup and adoption.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor sales metrics to identify training opportunities and effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with national growth goals and local franchise performance.
- Provide individual coaching support to underperforming reps or new hires.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strong project management and instructional design skills.
- Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable sales insights.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or field sales management.
- Strong background in healthcare sales, preferably in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or related services.
Preferred
- Proven expertise with CRM systems (Trella Health preferred). Experience working with franchised or multi-location healthcare organizations.
- Deep knowledge of payer mix, prescriber dynamics, and referral workflows in home infusion.
- Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or CRM administration is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
