At Medtronic you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation, while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.

A Day in the Life

Are you an entrepreneur at heart, eager to make a big impact in a growing market? Medtronic is looking for a driven leader to launch InPen into a new market segment. This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up while benefiting from the support of a global leader in diabetes care. In this role, you'll oversee all commercial efforts to ensure InPen's successful adoption, leading cross-functional initiatives in sales, marketing, training, and sales enablement. You'll also build and manage a sales team to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and position Medtronic as a trusted partner for healthcare providers and patients. The focus will be to engage primary care healthcare providers (HCPs) and other key stakeholders, positioning InPen as the perfect solution for patients who want more control than standalone multiple daily injections but aren't ready for automated insulin delivery systems.

This is a field based position that will lead the entire United States. The expectation is about 70% travel primarily in the field across the US and also the office in Northridge, CA.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.
