What You’ll Do:
- Represent U.S. LawShield at gun shows, trade shows, and industry events across your region
- Set up, manage, and operate a high-performance booth in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, professional, and inviting presence
- Proactively engage attendees, initiate conversations, and control the sales interaction from start to finish
- Clearly communicate our mission and value proposition while confidently handling questions and objections in real time
- Drive same-day membership enrollments (no pipeline selling) and consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales and conversion targets
- Process memberships quickly, accurately, and efficiently using company sales tools
- Identify, build, and activate vendor partnerships at each show, leveraging Member Offer Program incentives to generate referrals and increase total event production
- Track leads and conduct timely post-event follow-up while providing insights on customer behavior, objections, and market trends

Minimum Requirements:

Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Located within 45 minutes of a major airport
- 3+years sales experience
- 3+years trade show/expo/event sales experience
- Local insurance license preferred or obtained within 45 days of hiring
Strong Advantage:
- Commission-based sales experience
- Experience selling membership-based programs, insurance, services, or other intangible product sales
- Firearms, military, or law enforcement background
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
