What You’ll Do:

  • Represent U.S. LawShield at gun shows, trade shows, and industry events across your region
  • Set up, manage, and operate a high-performance booth in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, professional, and inviting presence
  • Proactively engage attendees, initiate conversations, and control the sales interaction from start to finish
  • Clearly communicate our mission and value proposition while confidently handling questions and objections in real time
  • Drive same-day membership enrollments (no pipeline selling) and consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales and conversion targets
  • Process memberships quickly, accurately, and efficiently using company sales tools
  • Identify, build, and activate vendor partnerships at each show, leveraging Member Offer Program incentives to generate referrals and increase total event production
  • Track leads and conduct timely post-event follow-up while providing insights on customer behavior, objections, and market trends

Minimum Requirements:

  • Weekend availability
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
  • Located within 45 minutes of a major airport
  • 3+years sales experience
  • 3+years trade show/expo/event sales experience
  • Local insurance license preferred or obtained within 45 days of hiring

Strong Advantage:

  • Commission-based sales experience
  • Experience selling membership-based programs, insurance, services, or other intangible product sales
  • Firearms, military, or law enforcement background
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
