Drive new business growth by identifying, researching, and converting fleet service prospects across West Texas and occasionally Albuquerque, NM
Execute structured cold-call campaigns and in-person outreach to generate and close B2B leads
Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet managers, acting as their go-to contact for solutions and support
Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, inside sales, operations) to deliver seamless service and customer success
Strategically manage your territory by planning travel, setting goals, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities
Log all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in the CRM with precision and consistency
Represent the company with professionalism during virtual presentations, field visits, and networking events
What we're looking for...
Proven experience in outside B2B sales (while not required, fleet services or mobility industries is a plus)
Demonstrated success in cold-calling and building pipelines from scratch
Skilled in sales intelligence research and crafting customized sales strategies
Self-starter with excellent time management and accountability in remote, unsupervised settings
Comfortable with CRM systems and committed to maintaining accurate, up-to-date data
Located within 25 miles of the Petroplex (Midland-Odessa metro), with ability to travel regionally
Valid driverβs license without restrictions (required throughout employment)
