A Day in the Life of the Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be spending your time identifying decision-makers for qualified businesses in your area, educating DMs about the Employee Retention Credit (ERC), and helping them understand why filing with ERC Pros is the right choice!


Responsibilities

  • Work 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
  • Must attend all required team meetings and company trainings
  • Maintain dress and appearance on par with company standards (uniform provided)
  • Utilize company tools at your disposal to track the following: leads contacted, decision-makers pitched, applications submitted, documents uploaded, signed deals
  • Contact approximately 60 new leads a week. This may vary based on area.
  • Months 1-2: Submit 1-4 new applications per week (specifics provided upon request)
  • Months 3 forward: Complete 4 signed deals per month
  • Other specifics metrics will be outlined by your manager


Qualifications

  • B2B sales is a huge plus, or Door-to-Door experience
  • Must have a vehicle and valid Driver's license
  • Must have a cell phone with data
  • Must have consistent access to Wi-Fi
