Hydrotech-Isaacs is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to grow business within an assigned territory. This role focuses on industrial distribution sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving new revenue through proactive prospecting and solution-based selling.
What Youβll Do
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Visit customers, understand needs, and present product solutions
- Prepare accurate quotes and recommend alternatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners
- Maintain CRM data and deliver timely reports
- Achieve sales and margin goals
What You Bring
- 3+ years inside or outside sales experience
- Technical or mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency
- Hunter mentality and resilience
- Valid driverβs license and ability to travel locally
Work Environment
- Field-based with office and customer site visits
- Typically 40+ hours per week
- Occasional travel for training
