Role Overview

KeyMe Locksmiths is seeking dynamic Field Sales Representatives to promote our convenient car key duplication service in major US retail locations. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of KeyMe, engaging with customers and driving sales.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers to introduce them to KeyMe's on-the-spot car key duplication service.
- Sales Generation: Educate customers on the benefits of our service and persuade them to purchase duplicate keys.
- Seamless Handoff: Once a sale is made, smoothly transition the customer to our technician for key duplication.
- Brand Promotion: Utilize promotional materials and giveaways to generate excitement and interest in KeyMe's services.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, such as tracking stock levels of key blanks, fobs, and other essential supplies.
- Marketing Support: Set up and break down marketing materials, flags, and signs.
- Customer Service Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any potential concerns.

- Travel: Able to commute to different retail locations within the Chicagoland area.
- Mobility: Able to stand for long periods of time to engage with customers and walk from different sales and service locations within the parking lot / store.
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driverβs license and clean driving record
- Able to work a WednesdayβSunday schedule (off Monday & Tuesday)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Must pass a background check
- Willing to travel throughout the Chicago and its surrounding areas
