Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Field Sales professional specializing in dental solutions to join our team in Minneapolis. This is a full-time role suited for candidates with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience who are adept at driving sales growth, developing key customer relationships, and representing our innovative dental portfolio in the field.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Account Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience cultivating, managing, and growing long-term accounts within the dental industry (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive dentistry knowledge with the ability to communicate technical dental concepts to varied audiences and guide purchasing decisions.
  • Expertise in territory management, including strategic planning, customer segmentation, and optimizing sales routes for maximum coverage and efficiency.
  • Documented success in lead generation strategies using multiple channels to build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects in the dental field.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management by tracking sales progress, forecasting revenue, and ensuring timely closure of opportunities for quota achievement.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to dental customers, showcasing product value and competitive advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the capacity to build rapport, address client concerns, and present solutions persuasively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets by promoting the company’s dental solutions across the assigned Minneapolis territory.
  • Develop and manage relationships with dental practices, clinics, and key decision-makers to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement effective account management practices to strengthen client loyalty, identify upselling opportunities, and encourage repeat business.
