Job Description:
Ocuco is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to join our North American team, based in either the US or Canada. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will focus on expanding Ocuco’s enterprise and SME customer base and driving growth across a defined regional territory in the North American market.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, results-oriented professional with proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales, strong business acumen, and a strategic approach to building long-term customer partnerships. In this role, you will drive sales of Ocuco’s cloud, e-commerce, and lab solutions to small and medium-sized enterprise chains across the US and Canada. Comprehensive training on Ocuco’s products and services will be provided.
The role involves travel to customer sites and industry events across Canada and the US, so candidates must be able to travel internationally without restrictions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Ocuco’s SaaS solutions, including cloud, e-commerce, lab, Retail, EMR, and Omnichannel applications, to enterprise and small-to-medium-sized eyecare chains across the US and Canada.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to win new business and expand existing enterprise relationships
- Create detailed sales proposals and quotes for customers and prospects
- Record and manage all sales activities in Salesforce (opportunities, meetings, forecasts, follow-ups, etc.)
- Maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline, providing monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise customers, understanding their business goals and ensuring alignment with Ocuco’s solutions
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Represent Ocuco at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings across North America
- Maintain and update sales materials, presentations, and marketing collateral
The minimum requirements:
- A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales within North America
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, solution-based sales environments
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of IT systems, with experience in troubleshooting or documenting customer requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to learn new technologies quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to large or multi-site customers; experience with optical or healthcare SaaS products is an advantage
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
