Pest Control Field Sales Trainee

As a Field Sales Trainee, you’ll become the trusted local expert for pest control services. Your role includes:

• Visiting neighborhoods and engaging homeowners with tailored pest prevention options
• Building relationships by listening to customer concerns and offering clear, honest guidance
• Learning and mastering our pest control products, treatments, and service plans
• Working closely with sales and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Staying motivated by setting personal goals and competing to meet and exceed sales targets
• Helping expand our presence in the community through active outreach and follow-up
