As a Lead Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and strengthening Honeywell’s position within the United States mining and mineral processing market.
In this role, you will impact the company’s sales performance and overall business success by developing new accounts, leading strategic business development activities, and advancing new opportunities through the sales process. This role is focused on new business and new customer acquisition, including bringing “New Logos” to Honeywell within mining operations, mineral processing facilities, metals production, and related process-driven industrial segments.
Your ability to build strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and align Honeywell’s solutions to customer outcomes will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry while driving growth and market share.
Honeywell Process Solutions is a pure-play process automation business, and in this role, creative problem-solving, collaborative partner enablement, and the integration of advanced software solutions are critical areas of technical competence required for success.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State (excluding most major metropolitan areas); and anywhere in Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, and Vermont is $145,000 - $181,000.

This role is incentive-eligible for sales performance.
