Location: West Palm Beach, FL serving the greater Palm Beach area
Schedule: Full-Time (3-4 Weekday & 1 Weekend Shift expectations)
Pay: Starting at up to $24/hr+ total average compensation:

(including hourly pay, (uncapped) profit share, and tips)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Driving: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
• Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (Light & Heavy Lifting)
• Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.
• Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
