JC Pallet is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and stressful situations
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Service Areas: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland
- Other duties may be assigned.
Physical Demands:
- Hauling sample pallets to customers
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout manufacturing areas.
- Frequently required to use hands and arms to handle, position or operate materials, tools, and equipment
- May be required to manually handle materials up to 50 pounds and occasionally assist with heavier items using team lifts or mechanical aids, in accordance with safety guidelines
Qualification and Educational Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred (industry experience a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)
- Valid driver’s license (travel is required)
