ImpactBio is seeking motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to support the launch of a new pharmaceutical product entering the U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the frontlines of a high-impact commercial launch, building relationships with healthcare providers and driving patient usage of a clinically meaningful therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• In-person visits to healthcare providers, clinics, and specialty practices to educate and drive usage of the product.
• Execute territory business plans and ensure consistent follow-up on commitments.
• Implement the strategy set by the National Sales Director as well as the cross-functional teams including Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
• Utilize insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to drive product adoption and usage.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards while representing the product with professionalism.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech field sales experience required; Women’s Health Care and/or Anti-Infective experience required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own territory.
• Willingness to travel (50%+) and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110 - $125k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the ImpactBio range for this position.  Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the geography, candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
