We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in connecting homeowners with solutions for their concrete leveling and foundation needs.
What You'll Do as a Field Sales Consultant - Concrete Lifting & Repair
- Engage with Homeowners: Conduct on-site assessments to identify concrete leveling and repair needs, using your expertise to recommend the best solutions.
- Build Trust and Relationships: Provide a consultative sales experience, educating customers on the benefits of PolyLevel systems and our other services.
- Exceed Goals: Achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Team: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial consultation to project completion.
What We Offer for Field Sales Consultant - Concrete Lifting & Repair
- Guaranteed Pay During Training: $750 per week during the training period and up to 90 days.
- Competitive Compensation: Commission-only structure with an earning potential of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with no cap.

What We’re Looking For Field Sales Consultant - Concrete Lifting & Repair:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in outside sales, consultative sales, or customer service roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to connect with and inspire confidence in customers.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and navigating crawl spaces when needed.
- Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation is required to visit customer locations.
