We’re Relay — a fast-growing network of 300+ hyperlocal creators helping brands generate real business through influencer-powered, done-for-you campaigns. Now, we’re ready to scale with bigger brands — and we need a killer to make that happen.
Core Mission:
Own and drive all outbound and inbound efforts to secure 1 new enterprise client/month, with each client activating 25+ creators/quarter.
🚨 Who We’re Looking For:
A Type-A, high-output, experiment-loving closer. Someone who sees a white space and attacks it. You’re not just good at outbound — you love it. You know how to chase deals down, pitch with confidence, and turn a cold lead into a closed deal. You get energized by testing new angles, refining your pitch, and seeing results land in the CRM.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a full-funnel outbound strategy using LinkedIn and email.
- Create personalized video intros and creator match-up decks to engage leads.
- Pitch custom quarterly strategies and performance-driven UGC programs.
- Execute on lead magnets like custom market analyses and creator match-ups.
- Take ownership of discovery calls, proposal writing, and closing.
- Iterate and test new messaging angles weekly — this role should live in the experiment loop.
Ideal Profile:
- Relentless outbound closer — you know how to get a response
- High-urgency, Type-A, metric-driven personality
- Previous experience selling creative/marketing/influencer/adtech services
- Comfortable with cold video pitches, Loom, and async selling
- Loves building and testing GTM systems, not waiting on handoffs
- Bonus: Familiar with creator platforms or marketplaces, lives in Pittsburgh
