Director of Enterprise Sales

Location: Remote (US-based)

Compensation: $150K – $200K base + OTE

About the Organization

A fast-scaling fintech infrastructure provider powering the next generation of global payments. The platform enables fintechs, PSPs, and financial institutions to move money seamlessly across borders, solving one of the most complex and underserved problems in financial services.

The mission is to create fair economic opportunity by enabling faster, cheaper, and more reliable transactions worldwide. The team fosters a founder-like culture where bold decisions, ownership, and measurable outcomes are prioritized.

Role Overview

The Director of Enterprise Sales will own the growth of cross-border payments and banking infrastructure across the US market and beyond. This senior, high-autonomy role comes with real scope: setting strategy, building pipeline, running deals, and shaping how the organization engages with enterprise clients globally.

This position requires credibility in the payments and fintech space, a strong US network, and global relationships. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach through close and implementation, while contributing to go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead deals end-to-end from outreach through solution design, negotiation, close, and post-sale implementation

  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage your own pipeline leveraging established US and global networks

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to positioning, segmentation, and refinement of enterprise sales motion

  • Technical Solutioning: Lead conversations on payment rails, integration models, compliance frameworks, and treasury operations

  • Tailored Solutions: Collaborate internally to deliver client-specific proposals that are commercially compelling and technically sound

  • Commercial Negotiations: Structure and close complex deals balancing client objectives with compliance and commercial frameworks

  • Implementation Oversight: Stay close through onboarding and go-live to ensure successful outcomes

  • Market Representation: Act as a senior face of the organization at industry events and client meetings

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales in payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure

  • Proven track record of closing high-value, complex deals and building pipeline momentum

  • Strong US network with global reach across fintech, PSP, and payments infrastructure

  • Expertise in global payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FPS, RTP), API-driven integrations, compliance frameworks (AML, KYC, safeguarding), and treasury operations

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, drive outcomes, and contribute to strategy

  • Executive presence and technical credibility across boardroom and product-level conversations

Bonus: Experience with stablecoins, embedded finance, or global settlement networks; existing relationships in international fintech markets

Why This Role

This is a pivotal opportunity to join at a stage where contribution is visible, impact is measurable, and commercial opportunity is significant. Cross-border payments infrastructure is still an open market, and this role offers the chance to shape outcomes in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
