Looking for an experienced and seasoned enterprise sales individual, with experience selling to enterprise accounts within the dental and orthodontic space. In particular, experience targeting and working with aligner manufacturers, large volume dental/ortho labs who are currently manufacturing aligners, and any possible dental organization who does not yet have an aligner system, but would benefit by having one. This would be initially an individual contributor role and there will be future opportunities for career growth and development for talented individuals. 

  • Segment, Identify & target enterprise accounts in NAM
  • Drive new business opportunities by always having your ear to the ground and finger on the pulse
  • Work hand in hand with the DSO and Labs OEM sales team and the ClearX team to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct prospect and client meetings to showcase the benefits of outsourcing manufacturing of aligners
  • Utilize CRM system and sales analytics tools to accurately track sales performance and activities and to forecast, whilst constantly identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
  • Effective pipeline management through the use of the CRM system
  • Building and maintaining long-term strong strategic relationships within strategic accounts and providing a best-in-class service
  • Creation of commercial offers related and adapted to strategic and large accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain overall ownership and management of the accounts
  • Continuously monitors & measures adoption and growth within accounts
  • Driving sales excellence through monitoring KPIs and CRM utilization,
  • Develop and implement key programs to address specific sales growth strategies and goals, specifically around areas of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Intense interaction with key customers and the sales organization will be imperative, at least in the early stages. As a business development role, it is expected to define a strategy to grow those particular customers
  • Expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading growth strategies
  • Ensures the effective fulfilment of objectives and deadlines assigned
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Holistic approach to all business lines
  • Regular meetings with customers will be privileged to maintain and optimize the efficiency and reactivity of timeline actions
  • This role will be home-office and field-based.


Requirements


  • Business or science-related degree level educated
  • Proven track record of sales success, particularly in strategic accounts around dental consumables, 3D printers and any other relevant area of dental
  • Strong background in sales and/or business development in the orthodontic or dental technology field with aligner manufacturers.
  • Strong understanding of the aligner manufacturing market and possesses a strong network with easy access to decision-makers
  • Ability to influence and provoke customers ways of thinking
  • A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
  • Strong organizational/project management skills
  • A high level of IT knowledge and a high appreciation for new technology
  • The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage conversations and challenge C-Suite level individuals
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
