As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping RTB House’s position in the US digital advertising market. Your mission will be to demonstrate the value of our innovative products, cultivate trusted relationships with clients, and drive growth through proactive sales efforts. You will be a key contributor to building and scaling our US presence.

Desired Experience:
The salary range for this role is $145,000 to $180,000 in base pay, and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined on a case by case basis based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
OTE (On Target Earnings) for this role is estimated to be $290,000 to $360,000 and includes base salary and commission based on revenue. The variable portion is received only if performance goals are achieved as expected and may be higher or lower than anticipated OTE.
