Job Description:

As a Client Partner, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise-level clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients and will be responsible for understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients, serving as their main point of contact for all talent acquisition and workforce solutions needs

- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide customized solutions that align with their goals

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for client accounts

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth opportunities

- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to stay informed about industry developments and potential clients

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our services and solutions

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful delivery of talent acquisition services to clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in the talent acquisition or staffing industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts

- Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process and industry trends

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities

- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
