Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our fertility products and services to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. You will serve as a knowledgeable consultant, helping clients understand the benefits of our solutions and how they can enhance their practice. This is a remote position with the potential of 60% overnight travel. This position has the potential to grow into a sales leadership role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with fertility clinics, Reproductive Endocrinologists, Reproductive Urologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Product Knowledge: Gain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our fertility products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct detailed needs assessments with potential clients to identify their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position our products and services.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback using CRM software.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to clients to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will be located in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic but available to travel throughout the country.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry; experience in fertility or reproductive health is a plus.
- Early stage company experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of fertility treatments, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel 60%+ within the assigned territory as needed.
