Position Summary
Telesair is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the promotion and sales of the Bonhawa device. Based in Irvine, CA, this role is integral to expanding our market presence and driving adoption of our cutting-edge respiratory care solutions within hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell the Bonhawa device within the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, respiratory therapists, and clinicians, to drive product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Clinical Expertise and Support:
- Provide in-depth clinical knowledge and support to healthcare professionals regarding the Bonhawa device.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-services to educate clients on the features, benefits, and proper usage of the Bonhawa device.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product performance or application.
3. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates to the management team.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the Bonhawa device and network with industry professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in respiratory care or critical care settings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
