We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a solid understanding of the medical billing or back office industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including healthcare providers, clinics, and medical facilities.
- Client Engagement: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our medical billing services and solutions.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the client.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to effectively position our services.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.

Compensation
Base salary: $60 - $100k + commission. This is a competitive Commission-based job with excellent performance-based incentives.
