About the Role: We are looking for a self-motivated and resourceful Account Manager to join our team. You will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. Your specific role is to manage and grow our company’s customer relationships, with a focus on increasing customer engagement and retention, and supporting the overall long term revenue growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day responsibilities will include solving complex customer requirements problems and breaking them down into actionable steps to enable more impactful operational opportunities product development, sales and marketing needs.
- Drive new and existing customers on-boarding, implementation, and ongoing customer support process in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction to ensure customer retention.
- Work to expand existing customer relationships in the areas of strategic communications in concert with the marketing and sales team.
- Drive retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
- Work collaboratively with product, program, and marketing teams to validate product assumptions, strategic communications, customer adoption plans, and collect and record both medical provider and patient needs.
- Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Identify opportunities for customers to serve as referrals for other potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to support potential customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management.
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a strong desire to build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Experience working with IHN, IDN, IPO, health care clinics, and self-insured employers.
- Experience with on-boarding customers and account expansion.
- Experience working in a startup environment and having a “can do it” attitude.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills when working towards resolving customer issues.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience working with and using Salesforce.com and Asana platforms a plus.
- Preference will be given to those who’ve worked with SaaS products within the medical field.
