Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager 1099 role will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within assigned territory. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in territory.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Develop sales techniques for obtaining new business and execute strategies consistent with corporate sales plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, customers, and physicians.
- Monitor sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Provide comprehensive reports on sales activity and other pertinent department activity to assist management in strategic planning.
- Complete market research focusing on patient management data, competitive pricing, market share, and product analysis.
- Participate in relevant trade shows, conferences, and symposia.
- Provide feedback to the Marketing department to assist in their development of product marketing strategies, forecasting, physician training programs, and sales training programs.
- Interface with clients and customers regarding new and improved products.
- Plan, schedule, and complete projects in a timely manner consistent with corporate objectives.
- Maintain superior knowledge of competitive technologies in addition to medical, technical, and biomedical developments related to INDIBA and K-laser products.
- Regularly communicate with Operations Team to improve existing technology and to expand product offerings.
- Proactively support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations.
- Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, suppliers, and co-workers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or experience in a related field required.
- Minimum five years’ related experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales, including prospecting, negotiation and closing deals.
- Leadership: ability to lead and motivate.
- Previous experience in medical device field preferred.
- Previous experience and knowledge working with laser devices preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide clear instructions and solutions.
- Study and understand the competition in the market within both rehabilitation and the Sports Market.
- Relationship building: Ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Goal setting: Track progress and the capacity to set clear sales targets.
- Product knowledge: thorough understanding of the Company’s products or services and their value.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving sales-related challenges and issues and troubleshooting when needed.
