- Assisting in Establishing and Leading the Distribution Network:
- Work closely with the VP to recruit, develop, and support a dynamic team of distributors and distributor groups.
- Assist in compiling monthly product forecasts and contributing to region-wide rollup reports.
- Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Assist in contributing to brand and contract strategies and aid in formulating integrated customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate in translating these brand strategies into actionable directives for the distribution network in alignment with the organizational vision.
- Resource Management and Collaboration:
- Assist the VP in coordinating efforts with internal and external resources to mitigate obstacles affecting the distributor network's success.
- Support collaboration with senior sales management, marketing, and cross-functional teams across BioLab Sciences.
- Market Access and Account Coordination:
- Engage in coordination with market access field leads and teams to ensure streamlined connectivity and coordination in key accounts.
- Support the management of the distribution channel to enhance performance while upholding the company's compliance and Business Conduct Standards.
- Monitoring, Coaching, and Support:
- Assist in the regular monitoring of business performance, including key account performance, and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
- Provide support to the distribution network in developing and executing contracts, offering necessary coaching as required.
- Leadership Assistance:
- Aid in establishing and maintaining high standards and accountability for the distributor network's results.
- Contribute to annual and ongoing performance reviews and assessments, providing support in corrective counseling and coaching when necessary.
- Communication and Relationship Cultivation:
- Assist in communicating business challenges and opportunities to senior management regularly.
- Support the VP in cultivating strong relationships with key customers, including in-person interactions where required.
- Previous experience in medical device sales and/or working as a distributor is highly desired.
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in managing teams or resource allocation.
- A comprehensive understanding of the wound care industry and current biologics market and trends.
- Proficiency in reimbursement, billing, coding, and understanding payor system trends.
- Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced, agile launch environment.
- Strong collaborative skills and an ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's degree required.
