Financial/Sales Coordinator - Medical Clinic Patient Sales Consultant

Join our non-surgical regenerative medicine practice in Colorado Springs, CO as a Financial/Sales Coordinator. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to act as our Sales Consultant. This position starts as part-time (1 day per week) with a pay rate of $500/day but has the potential for growth into a full-time position with a salary range of $100k-$160k per year.
About Us
We are a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice with clinics across the US. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports-related injuries, and chronic joint pain, without the need for surgery, steroids, or pain medications. With a high weekly budget for advertising on local radio, TV, search engines, and social media, we have a consistent flow of prequalified inbound leads. This means your time will be spent on meaningful sales opportunities, resulting in a higher closing rate.
Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate the physiology of each treatment offered
- Review medical provider's notes and discuss treatment options with patients
- Present treatment plans to new patients
- Learn and communicate the details of each treatment option
- Explain imaging results and answer patient questions
- Address any financial inquiries and provide information on recommended procedures, financing options, and payment breakdowns
- Close 50%+ of patients seen, with an average of 12 patients per day
- Conduct outreach and marketing activities to attract new patients
- Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize campaigns
- Achieve year-over-year sales growth and increase practice gross revenue
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related healthcare industry-based environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of elective medical procedures
- Experience with regenerative medicine/PRP injections and pain management is a plus
- Familiarity with cash payment options and non-insurance elective procedures
- Knowledge of 3rd party financing options such as CareCredit
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse patients
- Ability to collaborate with a team and understand clinical operations and procedures
- Understanding of legal and ethical standards in healthcare delivery
Salary
The salary for this position ranges from $100k to $160k per year (depending on experience). In addition to the competitive base salary, there are opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Our commission structure offers a 10% commission on net sales.
