Surgical Sales Specialist - Tissue
My medical device client is an innovative company that is growing a portfolio of regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair. They are seeking to hire a Medical Sales Rep to cover and do new business development within an assigned territory. Responsibilities will include penetrating new business opportunities and managing clients. This position involves presentations to surgeons, being in the OR/surgical and patient care settings.
Profile:
- Medical Device Sales selling Biologics or Regenerative Medicine
- Seeking reps with longevity in positions, with most recent role 2-4 years+
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Min. 5+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device Sales
- Experience in OR sales
- Surgical and biologic experience a plus
- Comfort / ability to be in the OR and/or patient care setting
- Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
- Ability to develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Expense Management software i.e. Concur
- Ability to travel within territory approx. 80%+
Offering:
- Base Salary $95,000
- Year 1 @ plan $150,000 - $200,000
