Our Client, a rapidly growing on-demand hiring platform for business process outsourcing (BPO) in the healthcare industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader who will play a pivotal role in building and leading our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team from the ground up. As a "player/coach," you will lead the enablement and expansion of our SDR team and SDR playbook, working closely with the CEO to drive revenue growth and position the team for rapid scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of salespeople, motivating and inspiring them to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue forecasts, while continuously adapting to changing market conditions
- Process Development: Create onboarding, training, and repeatable processes that enable the sales team to perform at their best and consistently meet their targets
- Client Acquisition: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure a seamless handoff of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the sales team and drive a conversion rate of greater than 25%
- KPI Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, including new client growth, call conversion rates, and deal close rates
- Client Endorsement: Ensure high conversion rates from sales calls to endorsements and build a reputation for delivering exceptional value to clients
Requirements
- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
- Track record of success in sales leadership roles, including building repeatable processes and playbooks from scratch
- 5+ years sales experience selling tech-enabled services, business process outsourcing or staffing (Healthcare industry preferred)
- Must be adept at web-based product presentations, which are key to each stage of the sales cycle
- Documented success as a top-tier rep in previous sales positions, consistently exceeding sales goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions
- Bonus if you have previous experience communicating with medical professionals and knowledge of hospital hierarchy and sales cycles
- Superior customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with senior management
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM Management (HubSpot preferred) and a high comfort level with software and technology, in general
