Searching for an energetic and goal-oriented sales champion to spearhead our sales initiatives within a pivotal region. We are in pursuit of a self-driven and seasoned Outside Sales Representative to become a pivotal member of our team and propel us towards unprecedented growth, surpassing our ambitious targets in a strategically significant market. This is a remote opportunity, complemented by a lucrative commission structure. Join us in this exciting journey toward success!

What You Will Do in This Role:
- Drive sales growth in the Northern California territory by proactively prospecting new accounts and expanding business with existing clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by regularly visiting existing accounts, providing product updates, and gathering valuable feedback.
- Effectively communicate product information, quotes, and bid specifications to clients, while skillfully negotiating prices and terms of sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and product distribution.
- Manage, track, and convert leads within the region, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct informative product training sessions for customers to showcase the value, features, and functionality of our products.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities using a comprehensive knowledge of our product range.
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate and current account information.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to regional and company management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align sales strategies accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Do You Have?
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the machining, machine workholding, and production automation industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing accounts effectively.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM Systems.
- Thorough understanding of technical products in the manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
- Experience with Epicor is a plus.
