About the position:

The Account Relations Team Clinical Coordinator is a full-time position with both in-person and work-from-home capabilities within the Clinical Coordination Team. Our home office is located in Framingham, MA and offers PTO, sick leave, and full medical and dental benefits.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage administrative intake of cases
Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and clinical team to manage requests for services from providers
Collect and record medical information
Review medico-legal forms
Handle resolution/inquiries from providers
Manage product kit coordination from providers to our lab
Facilitate client on-boardings (occasional travel to hospitals/clinics)
Work alongside clinical coordination team, marketing, sales, and operations facilitating genetic testing orders

Position Requirements:

College degree – Life Sciences preferred
Strong base knowledge of genetics
Excellent computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization, and multitasking skills
Outstanding customer service
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
