Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to creatively implement and deliver clinical educational programs for our healthcare partners. The ideal individual will provide exceptional customer service while on-boarding, educating, and training clinical staff on our POD technology, ensuring the patient has the best medical care possible.

Success in this role will also be measured by your ability to nurture relationships with hospital staff, as well as driving growth within key accounts.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Deliver technical product knowledge to our healthcare partners and clinical staff, ensuring on-boarding initiatives are aligned with the company training strategy
Ability to maintain and communicate deep technical knowledge to manage and teach safety, operation and troubleshooting solutions for our technology portfolio
Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization; grow relationships with existing and potential customers
Drive education using various training methodologies, targeting various staff levels (Chief Nursing Officer, managers, nurses, clinical staff, etc.)
Support effective and open communication with a proactive approach on information dissemination, while fostering constructive feedback loops with staff
Aid in trade show preparation and coordination, and attending trade shows as necessary
Contribute to achieving and demonstrating the company vision, mission, and values
Understanding of healthcare marketplace, especially critical care and our target audience
Plan and implement representative educational and on-boarding campaigns that correspond with product launches and continuing education requirements
Must be results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs
Support corporate and business goals, and abide by company and hospital policies and procedures
Specialized knowledge for content development, define & deliver methods for customers and partners
Ability to travel, possibly up to 100% at times

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, or relevant experience acting in an educational or coaching role; experience in healthcare or medical device is preferred
In-depth understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology is preferred
Ability to teach in a group setting, as well as one-on-one
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills
Ability to perform detailed work accurately and consistently, specifically within high-stress scenarios
Highly discrete individual who can handle sensitive and confidential information
Command of technology, including Microsoft and/or Apple-based programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
