Summary of Role: The Telehealth Account Sales Manager is a key role in establishing new accounts for Fast Doc Telehealth services and building client relationships throughout the country. This role requires a seasoned Account Sales Manager who is passionate about creating partnerships, setting and achieving goals, troubleshooting, agility to shift priorities, and driving profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Setting sales quotas and goals
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Defining and executing territory sales plans
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
Managing accounts: Overseeing a portfolio of accounts to ensure they receive services that meet their needs and are within their budget
Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Developing new business: Analyzing account potential, initiating sales, and recommending new sales strategies
Setting targets: Creating campaigns and establishing sales targets for teams to meet
Tracking progress: Regularly reporting on sales performance and progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Identifying opportunities: Looking for upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Handling disputes: Providing effective solutions to customer needs and disputes
Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
Interview, select, train, and manage account sale representatives

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum ten years of account sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, or marketing
Must have five years previous experience of outside sales/account sales in the medical industry (not medical equipment)
Must be willing to travel 50-75% of the time by car and plane
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
Advanced time management skills
